We are repeat customers at Kim's. They make the entire process easy and deal directly with insurance. The communicate regularly with me per my preferences- text message. They also let you leave the Enterprise rental car there if needed. The work they do is quality and I haven't been disappointed.

Everyone at Kim’s was professional, polite and you could tell they loved their job. The workmanship was spot on and they even got my car done 2 weeks early than thought. I would recommend Kim to anyone

Son got into a fender bender that came close to totalling our car. Kim’s was a preferred repair shop for my insurance and the two of them worked quickly together to help me through all the paperwork. It took almost a month to get an appointment as it was between massive snow storms. But well worth the wait. Repairs were done just a little longer the predicted timeframe due to all the parts needed. Car looks better than new. Had some AC issues after the repair and Kim’s completed those related repairs with no hassles whatsoever which is really what showed me they were high quality shop.

I recently got my car repaired at Kim’s auto body And the complete experience was great. They started off with giving me a free quote and a date to bring my vehicle in. As you can imagine I was distraught from seeing my vehicle crumbled up, but Kim’s did a wonderful job in repairing it and it is An even better shape than it was when they received it. They were upfront about everything all of my questions were answered And they had open communication throughout the entire process. Would recommend.
